Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k. may receive contact details directly from the data subject (e.g. via electronic forms or at conferences) or through other persons (e.g. from an employer, another employee, or another entity with which that person regularly cooperates).

Personal data is processed by Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k. for the purposes set out below.

I. CEL: performance of a contract or order,

RETENTION PERIOD: for the duration of the obligations plus the statutory limitation period for claims
If a contract or order is concluded between you and Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k., the data you provide will be processed
in order to perform and settle that contract or order.
II. PURPOSE: Marketing and sales activities, LEGAL BASIS: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
RETENTION PERIOD: until an objection lodged under Art. 21 GDPR is upheld
Contact details entered in an electronic form, disclosed as part of a contract or order, or disclosed in any other way may be processed by Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k for business contact purposes.
Representatives of Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k may contact you to present an offer from Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k, invite you to a meeting or event organized by Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k, or as part of other marketing activities. You may occasionally receive information about the products, services or activities of Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k, as well as other information related to its areas of business.
You have the right to object to such processing of personal data, as described in the RIGHTS section.

RETENTION PERIOD: until you withdraw your request for a response (withdrawal of consent)
By filling in the contact form or submitting an inquiry in another form (e.g. email, phone, social media), you consent to being contacted in connection with fulfilling your request or inquiry. This consent may be withdrawn at any time; however, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and withdrawing consent also means you will not receive a response.
Consequences of not providing data
For electronic forms, providing data is voluntary; however, not providing the data marked as mandatory (required) means the form cannot be submitted, and consequently, depending on the type of form, you will not be able to download a file, take part in an event, or subscribe to the newsletter.
For data collected by representatives of Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k in connection with purchasing, sales or marketing activities, providing the data is entirely voluntary, and not providing it may result in Aype being unable to contact you in the future.
For data belonging to persons who are party to a contract/order concluded with Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k, providing the data necessary to perform the contract and fulfill legal obligations is a condition for concluding and performing that contract.
Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- restrict the processing of your data
- data portability
- object (where the processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest)
- withdraw consent (where the processing is based on consent)
The exercise of these rights is subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR. If a request is refused, you will receive a response with the reasons for the refusal.
Recipients of data, transfer to third countries

Data may be shared with suppliers, service providers and partners with whom Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k cooperates to the extent necessary to deliver services to clients, maintain business contacts, carry out marketing activities and support the operations of Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k, in particular the vendors of the software offered.
If you register to take part in a conference, training or other event, your data may be shared with other participants, speakers, co-organizers, hotels and other entities involved in organizing the event.
If data is transferred to a third country for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision, Aype Sp. z o.o sp.k applies appropriate safeguards through standard contractual clauses for data protection adopted by the European Commission or a supervisory authority (in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) and (d) GDPR).

Automated decision-making
