Do you implement Aurea CRM from scratch, or develop existing systems?
Both. We run implementations from the ground up and support teams developing environments that have been in place for years.
We have our own Aurea CRM team. Where can you help?
Usually with work that sits outside the team’s daily routine: a new module, a complex integration, a migration or weighing up solution options. We bring experience from other deployments. The decisions and the system stay on your side.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across Europe, in English and Polish.
We run an older version of Aurea CRM. Is that a problem?
Not at the outset. We establish the version and the scope of possible changes during the environment analysis. Only then is it clear whether an upgrade should come first, or whether the current configuration can be developed further.
How long does this kind of engagement take?
It depends on the scope and the goal. We agree both at the start, once we understand the environment and what the team needs.
Can you help bring AI features into Aurea CRM?
Yes. We built Aype.AI, a set of AI agents running inside the CRM, under the permissions of the logged-in user. It brings AI into systems like Aurea CRM, and the data stays inside the company’s own environment.
